There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information. However, to use our enquiry, application and membership features you are required to submit personally identifiable information.

Depending on the form you complete, this may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, location, availability, notice period, employment preferences, architecture and industry experience, and any additional details you choose to provide.

If you apply to join the team or the SA Architects Network, we also collect the CV you attach to your application. Please do not include sensitive information in your CV or messages unless it is relevant to your application.

For each visitor to reach the site, we collect non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address.

This information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic and trends, and for delivering relevant content to you while you are on this site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess your application or expression of interest, arrange and manage engagements, and keep records of our communications with you.

If you apply to join the SA Architects Network, your CV is not shared with any client without your prior approval.

Information submitted through our forms is stored in a managed database, and CVs are stored in managed file storage. Access is restricted to people within Solution Architects who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

We retain enquiry and application records for as long as needed to respond, to consider you for current and future roles where you have asked us to, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.

Solution Architects reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, contact us and we will correct it.
