As the Founder and Managing Director of Solution Architects (SA), I lead a high-calibre team of Enterprise and Solution Architects trusted by organisations across multiple industries to address complex business and technology challenges. With nearly 25 years in the IT industry, I specialise in shaping technology strategy, governing large-scale change, and turning complexity into clarity.

My mission is to establish SA as the trusted technology architecture partner leaders rely on for independent guidance that reduces risk and delivers measurable business value.

Ebtesam has over 25 years of IT experience, with more than 20 years in architecture leadership across telecommunications, banking, retail, logistics, and insurance. She is known for delivering impactful results through strategic planning, architecture design, governance, and empowering architects to effectively communicate the value of architecture.

Her expertise spans enterprise, business, and technology architecture, with significant contributions to organisations like ANZ, Telstra, IAG, Australia Post, and nbn. She has successfully developed architectural frameworks, IT strategies, and roadmaps while building comprehensive Enterprise Architecture portfolios across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.

Specialties: Executive architecture coaching, strategy development, business transformation, integration, SOA, COTS evaluation, SAFe architecture, RFI/RFP processes, IT due diligence, methodology implementation, architecture governance, and architecture frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, and FEAF.

Steven is a very experienced Architect with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

He has worked in many diverse industries within Melbourne and overseas including Government, Banking, Retail, Insurance, Utilities, Automotive and Manufacturing.

Steven has an extensive background in developing architectures that deliver quality solutions for clients with a strong focus on application, integration and migration.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys travel and photography.

Alexey draws on more than 20 years of experience as a Program & Portfolio Manager and a Project Manager successfully delivering projects and programs for various organisations.

His expertise includes developing plans and roadmaps for enterprise technology transformations, managing complex programs and portfolios and overseeing the establishment of governance frameworks, and delivering major projects across Utilities, Retail and the Public sector, from custom-developed solutions to SAP implementations.

Dean is a cybersecurity strategist with 20+ years of leadership, bridging executive vision with technical execution. He provides leading expertise driving cyber resilience through pragmatic strategies and hands-on leadership.

Dean is an expert in cyber transformation, risk-informed strategies, and aligning security with business goals. He is experienced in designing secure architectures, mature SOCs, integrating GRC programs, and crafting strategies for Zero Trust, IDAM, OT, DLP, Secure BYOD, and hybrid workspaces. Dean is experienced in advising CTOs and CIOs on cyber resilience, executive forums, and actionable security metrics, ensuring robust security postures and effective incident response.
